YOU CAN CHOOSE A DEDICATED DHL PAKET SHOP FOR DELIVERY. BUT THE PACKAGE CAN ALSO BE SUBMITTED TO ANY OTHER DHL BRANCH.

To facilitate the return when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions, we explain the steps to be taken below.

  1. Put the originally packaged items in the shipping box and close it securely. Now stick the shipping label clearly visible on the shipping box.
  2. You can now hand in the parcel to be returned at the nearest post office.

SHOULD YOU RESIDE IN A COUNTRY IN WHICH WE DO NOT OFFER YOU FREE RETURNS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST POSTAL OFFICE (THERE WILL BE A SHIPPING LABEL) AND FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING

  1. Put the originally packed items together in the shipping box and close it securely.
  2. You can now hand in the package to be returned at the nearest post office. Please do not forget to purchase a sufficiently stamped (ii.) Shipping label and attach it to the package.
