ORDER

How do I place my order?

To order an article in our online shop, please proceed as follows: When you have found an article that you like, please select the desired size and color. Then you add the article to your personal shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button. All of the items you have selected will be stored in your shopping cart until the order is complete. If you want to complete your order, please click on “Next” in the shopping cart. Now follow the instructions of the system, which will guide you step by step through our ordering process and the payment formalities. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email in which the products you have selected are listed again. Please note that this order confirmation does not yet represent a final acceptance of your purchase offer by us.

How do I find out if my order was successful?

After completing the order process, you will be sent an order confirmation by email. In the unlikely event that you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Can I add further articles to my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add any more items to an order that has already been placed. If you would like to order additional items, please simply place a new order.
Can I see my orders anywhere?

Yes. After logging in, you can see an overview of all current and completed orders under your “My Account” user account. You can use this menu item to see the processing status of your order at any time.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods are accepted?

You have the following payment options in our online shop on crone.store:

  • Credit card payment (Mastercard & Visa) : If you decide to pay with your credit card, please do not abort the payment process early. After your order is subject to payment, you will be forwarded to your bank to finally confirm the credit card payment.
  • PayPal : If you choose a payment via Pay-Pal, please note that you must have set up a functioning PayPal account. After selecting the PayPal payment option, you will be connected to PayPal.com during your payment in order to complete the process.
  • PayPal Express : With PayPal Express you don’t need to enter your personal data again in our online shop. The necessary address data will be transferred to your order directly via PayPal. You will be redirected to your PayPal account via the “PayPal Express” button. Please log in there, select an existing address and confirm your payment. After checking your data in our online shop, please select “Order with obligation to pay”. You can find more information about PayPal at www.paypal.de
  • Purchase on account : With the purchase on account you can conveniently order your goods online and then simply pay for them upon receipt.
  • Purchase by Giropay / Sofortüberweisung : With the purchase by Giropay or Sofortüberweisung you will be forwarded to the corresponding website. There you can log in with your bank details and your access data and make the payment directly.

I paid by credit card but am still waiting for my order. What happened?

Please note that the ordered goods can only be sent if the credit card details you have entered have been accepted. Therefore, all security parameters must be stored on the card. After a successful check, the ordered goods leave our warehouse automatically.

Will my payment details be saved and transmitted so they cannot be seen by third parties?

During the ordering process, your personal data is encrypted and transmitted over the Internet using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use technical and organizational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. Even in the case of possible refunds, the complete credit card details cannot be viewed. When paying with Visa Card or Mastercard, the respective authentication method – Verified by Visa or the Mastercard Secure Code – offers additional protection.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How are the goods delivered?
Our goods are delivered by post. To this end, we work with the transport company DHL, who deliver the goods.

How much are the shipping costs?

Despatch within Germany is free-of-charge.

The shipping costs for deliveries to EU countries are specified in the shipping costs overview in the online shop and are also shown in the order form.

When will the delivery take place and what if I miss the delivery?

The delivery by our logistics partner usually takes place between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Receipt of a delivery may have to be confirmed with a signature. If you are not there to receive the package, the delivery company will leave you a notification stating when it will be delivered again or where you can pick up the package. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on public holidays. In this case, please expect that the delivery will take place on the following working day. If you have chosen express delivery, delivery will usually be made by 12 noon the following day.

My delivery address differs from the billing address. Is that a problem?

Of course not. You are welcome to enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address. Simply follow the instructions during the ordering process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I want to send something back:

To facilitate the return when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we explain below the steps to be taken, which we ask you to observe:

1) Please log into your user account at www.crone.store.

2) In your user account under “My orders” under “Return items” you can: (1) print out the return slip and (2) generate the DHL shipping label. The return documents (1) & (2) are then available for you to download in PDF format.

3) Please print out the two return documents.

4) Put the originally packed items together with (1) the return slip in the shipping box and close it securely. Now stick the DHL shipping label (2) clearly visible on the shipping box.

5) You can now hand in the package to be returned at the nearest DHL post office – we will cover the shipping costs for you!

As soon as your return has been processed by us and the refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. Please note that processing can take up to 14 days.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Any refund will be automatically credited to the card / account used for the original purchase. (The basic requirement for a quick refund of your money is the fully completed return slip).

I received an incorrect article. What now?

Quality is important to us. It is therefore our aim that all of our customers always receive high-quality products. If you think an item is defective, please let us know immediately by contacting our customer service.

I received the wrong refund amount. How do I proceed?

We are very sorry if we made a mistake with your refund. Please contact our customer service, who will try to solve this problem for you as soon as possible.

When can I expect a refund of the amount paid for a return?

Please note that the processing of the return and the refund of the amount paid can take up to 14 days.

Why does it make sense to create a user profile?

In order to place an order, you do not have to create a customer account. In order to make your future visits to our online shop on crone.store more convenient, you can store your personal data. You do not need to enter this again when you order again. You always have access to your CRONE customer account under “My CRONE”. There you will find a comprehensive overview of your profile, your order history & returns, as well as shipping and payment details. You can view and edit these at any time.

How can I register online at crone.store?

You can create your personal customer account with your email address and a personal password. Please make a note of your password and the e-mail address you provided, as you will need this for your future logins in “My CRONE”. To complete your registration, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your successful registration. Under “My CRONE “you can check, change or add to your data at any time.

I forgot my login details. What now?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password?” Function in the login area. and enter your email address there. We will then send you an email with a link that you can use to save a new password for “My CRONE”.

I would like to close my customer account. Is that possible?

If you want to completely delete your customer account, please contact our customer service by email at [email protected] So that we can further improve our service, we would be pleased if you let us know the reason for your deletion.

Is my data safe and can I shop at crone.store with confidence?

The protection of all personal data is particularly important to us. We use your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions. You therefore have the right to information or correction of your data in accordance with legal requirements at any time. For the use of this data for advertising and market research purposes, as well as for offers and activities by e-mail, we obtain your express consent e.g. as part of the ordering process or when registering for the newsletter. The consent you have given to the use of the data can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
